The decision of the Brest Regional Council of Deputies №330 from 12.20.2013

Based on the paragraphs of the third and fourth parts of Article No 13 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated May 5, 1998 "On the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Belarus" as amended by the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated January 7, 2012, the Brest Regional Council of Deputies DECIDED:

1. To abolish the administrative-territorial units of the Lyakhovichi district of the Brest region: Kurshinovichsky, Podlessky, Svyatitsky village councils.
2. Edit borders:
   1. Of Goncharovsky village council of the Lyakhovichi district of the Brest region, including the territory of the abolished Kurshinovichsky village council of the Lyakhovichi district of the Brest region with settlements: the agro-town of Talminovichi, the villages of Kursinovichi, Gashchin, Gayninets, Gaynin, Kuleni, Novye Budy, Nizkie, Khotyazh, Starye Budy, Staroselie, Soveyki, Ososy;
   2. Of Zherebkovichsky village council of the Lyakhovichi district of the Brest region, including the territory of the abolished Podlessky village council of the Lyakhovichi district of the Brest region with settlements: the agricultural town of Podlesie, the villages of Zubelevichi, Sheveli, Ulazovichi, Svistkovscchina, Romashki, Potapovichi;
   3. Of Krivoshinsky village council of the Lyakhovichi district of the Brest region, including in it the territory of the abolished Svyatitsky village council of the Lyakhovichi district of the Brest region with settlements: the villages of Svyatitsa, Novosyolki.
3. Brest Regional Executive Committee to take measures to implement this decision.
4. Publish this decision in the newspaper "Zarya".
5. This decision takes effect after its official publication.
