On the basis of the third paragraph of Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 5, 1998 "On the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Belarus" in the wording of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 7, 2012, the Malorita District Council of Deputies DECIDED:

  1. To abolish the village of Kozhukh of the Mokransky village council of the Malorita district.
  2. The land management service of the Malorita District Executive Committee, in the prescribed manner, make the appropriate changes to the land cadastral documentation, prepare and submit to the scientific and production state republican unitary enterprise “National Cadastral Agency” the necessary documents for amending the unified register of administrative and territorial and territorial units of the Republic of Belarus.
  3. To publish this decision in the newspaper “Golas Chasu”.
  4. This decision shall enter into force after its official publication.
