Based on the paragraphs of the third and fourth parts of Article No. 13 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated May 5, 1998 “On the Administrative Territorial Structure of the Republic of Belarus” as amended by the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated January 7, 2012, the Brest Regional Council of Deputies DECIDED:

  1. To abolish the administrative-territorial units of the Brest region: Beloozersky, Borkovsky, Narutovichsky village councils of the Beryozovsky district, Kossovsky village council of Ivatsevichsky district, Maloritsky village council of the Maloritsky district, Lemeshevichsky village council of the Pinsk district.
  2. To change borders:
    1. Of Signevichsky village council of the Beryozovsky district of the Brest region, including the territory of the abolished Borkovsky village council of the Beryozovsky district of the Brest region with settlements Bolshie Leskovichi, Borki, Koshelyovo, Malye Leskovichi, Mikhalki, Peshki, Chernyakovo;
    2. Seletsky village council of the Beryozovsky district of the Brest region, including the territory of the abolished Narutovichsky village council of the Beryozovsky district of the Brest region with the settlements of Vorozhbita, Mikhnovichi, Narutovichi, Onitshevichi, Osovtsy, Plyakhovshchina;
    3. Peskovsky village council of the Beryozovsky district of the Brest region, including the territory of the abolished Beloozersky village council of the Beryozovsky district of the Brest region with the settlements of Lisichitsy, Manevichi, Nivka, Niva, Olshevo, Khriso;
    4. Kvasevichsky village council of Ivatsevichi district of Brest region, including the territory of the abolished Kossovsky village council of Ivatsevichi district of Brest region with settlements Belavichi, Zapolie, Storozhovshchina, Khodorki;
    5. Lopatinsky village council of the Pinsk district of the Brest region, including the territory of the abolished Lemeshevichsky village council of the Pinsk district of the Brest region with the settlements of Bolgary, Kuradovo, Lemeshevichi, Tereben, Tupchitsy, Khristibolovichi, Chernovo-1, Chernovo-2;
    6. The Oltushsky Village Council of the Malorita District of the Brest Region, including the territory of the abolished Maloritsky Village Council of the Malorita District of the Brest Region with the settlements of Gorokhovishche, Zburazh, Karpin;
    7. Khotislavsky village council of the Malorita district of the Brest region, including in its composition the territory of the abolished Maloritsky village council of the Malorita region of the Brest region with the settlements of Zamshany, Tolochno.
  3. Set the boundaries of the city of Kossovo, Ivatsevichi district of the Brest region on an area of 334.97 hectares.
  4. Brest Regional Executive Committee to take measures to implement this decision.
  5. Publish this decision in the newspaper "Zarya".
  6. This decision takes effect after its official publication.
