The decision of the Brest Regional Council of Deputies №287 of 06.26.2013

On the basis of paragraphs three and four of the first article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 5, 1998 “On the administrative and territorial structure of the Republic of Belarus” as amended by the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 7, 2012, paragraph three of paragraph 1 of Article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 16, 2010 “On the Names of Geographical Objects” and pursuant to the paragraphs of the second and third part of the second Article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 7, 2012 “On Amendments and Additions to Certain Laws of the Republic of Belar VCL on administrative and territorial structure of the Republic of Belarus” Brest Regional Council of Deputies DECIDED:

1. To abolish the administrative-territorial units of the Ivanovo district of the Brest region: Krytyshinsky, Druzhilovichsky, Snitovsky, Dostoevsky, Psyshchevsky village councils.
2. Edit borders:
   1. of Rudsky village council of the Ivanovo district of the Brest region, including the lands of the abolished Krytyshinsky village council of the Ivanovo district of the Brest region, with the settlements of Krytyshin, Boshnya, Gnevchitsy, Zaguta, Zarudie, Morozy, Ragodoshch, Radovnya;
   2. of Lyaskovichsky Village Council of the Ivanovo District of the Brest Region, including the lands of the abolished Druzhilovichsky Village Council of the Ivanovo District of the Brest Region, with the settlements of Druzhilovichi, Zamoshie, Kalily, Trilisski;
   3. of Gorbakhsky village council of the Ivanovo district of the Brest region, including in it the lands of the abolished Snitovsky village council of the Ivanovo district of the Brest region, with the settlements of Snitovo, Vorotsevichi, Trudovaya;
   4. of Molodovsky village council of the Ivanovo district of the Brest region, including the lands of the abolished Dostoevsky village council of the Ivanovo district of the Brest region, with the settlements of Dostoevo, Vily, Vulka-Dostoevskaya, Zarudie, Zastruzhie, Karolin, Krasievka, Krotovo, Lysukha, Novoselki, Otolchitsy, Polkotichi;
   5. of Opolsky Village Council of the Ivanovo District of the Brest Region, having included the lands of the abolished Psyshchevsky Village Council of the Ivanovo District of the Brest Region, with the settlements of Psyshchevo, Vartytsk, Luchki, Svyatopolka, Upirovoy;
   6. of Mokhrovsky Village Council of the Ivanovo District of the Brest Region, including the settlement Zavyshie, excluding it from the Brodnitsky Village Council of the Ivanovo District of the Brest Region.
3. Brest Regional Executive Committee to take measures to implement this decision.
4. Publish this decision in the newspaper "Zarya".
5. This decision takes effect after its official publication.
