On the basis of paragraphs three and four of the first article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 5, 1998 “On the administrative and territorial structure of the Republic of Belarus” as amended by the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 7, 2012, paragraph three of paragraph 1 of Article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 16, 2010 “On the Names of Geographical Objects” and pursuant to the paragraphs of the second and third part of the second Article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 7, 2012 “On Amendments and Additions to Certain Laws of the Republic of Belar VCL on administrative and territorial structure of the Republic of Belarus” Brest Regional Council of Deputies DECIDED:
- To abolish the administrative-territorial units of the Ivatsevichi district of the Brest region: Vygonoshchansky, Koziksky village councils.
- To form within the boundaries of the territories belonging to the Telekhansky Village Council of Deputies and the Village Executive Committee of the Ivatsevichi District of the Brest Region, the Village Council “Tselyakhanski” (in Russian - “Telekhansky”), including in its composition the territories of settlements Telekhany, Vulka-Telekhanskaya, Glinische, Gortol, Kraglevichi, Somino and the lands of the abolished Vygonoschansky village council of the Ivatsevichi district of the Brest region with the settlements of Bobrovichi, Vygonoshchi.
- Change the boundaries of the Zhitlinsky Village Council of the Ivatsevichi District of the Brest Region to include the lands of the abolished Koziksky Village Council of the Ivatsevichi District of the Brest Region with the settlements of Vulka-Obrovskaya and Koziki.
- Brest Regional Executive Committee to take measures to implement this decision.
- Publish this decision in the newspaper "Zarya".
- This decision takes effect after its official publication.
