The decision of the Brest Regional Council of Deputies №286 from 06.26.2013

On the basis of paragraphs three and four of the first article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 5, 1998 “On the administrative and territorial structure of the Republic of Belarus” as amended by the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 7, 2012, paragraph three of paragraph 1 of Article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 16, 2010 “On the Names of Geographical Objects” and pursuant to the paragraphs of the second and third part of the second Article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 7, 2012 “On Amendments and Additions to Certain Laws of the Republic of Belar VCL on administrative and territorial structure of the Republic of Belarus” Brest Regional Council of Deputies DECIDED:

1. To abolish the administrative-territorial units of the Baranovichi district of the Brest region: Girmantovsky, Karchevsky, Kolpenitsky, Polonechkovsky, Medenevsky, Petkovichsky, Teshevlyansky, Utyossky village councils.
2. To form within the boundaries of the territories belonging to the Gorodishchensky settlement council of deputies and the settlement executive committee of the Baranavichy district of the Brest region, the village council “Garadzishchanski” (in Russian - “Gorodishchensky”), having included to it the territories of settlements Gorodishche, Arabovshchina, Boltichi, Briksichi, Velikoye Selo, Garanovichi, Gribovshchina, Dushkovtsy, Zelenaya, Kiseli, Koldychevo, Konyushovshchina, Mikulichi, Mostytychi, Naseyki, Novosiolki, Omnevichi, Poruchyn, Prudy, Stankevichi, Yasenets and the lands of the abandoned Girmantovsky and Karchovsky village councils of Baranovichi district, Brest region of human settlements Bogush, Girmantovtsy, Zhabintsy, Zheleznitsa, Kovshi, Krasevichi, Krepochi, Lozy, Nagornaya, Nesterov, Novinki, Ogorodniki, Selyavichi, Slabozhany, Sokolovichi, Bytkovschina, Vyzorok, Vysadovichi, Grechikhi, Karchova, Kutovschina, Metropolshchina, Olizarovshchina, Penchin, Perevoloka, Rudashi, Skrobovo, Sovetsky, Tratsevichi.
3. Edit borders:
   1. Volnovsky Village Council of the Baranovichi District of the Brest Region, including the lands of the abolished Polonechkovsky Village Council of the Baranovichsky District of the Brest Region with settlements Polonechka, Repichi and Scherbovichi;
   2. The Kroshinsky Village Council of the Baranovichi District of the Brest Region, including to its structure the lands of the abolished Petkovichsky Village Council of the Baranovichi District of the Brest Region with the settlements of Baratino, Dudichi, Ishkold, Petkovichi, Rodkovichi and part of the lands of the abolished Kolpenitsky Village Council with settlements Adakhovshchina, Girovo, Dubovo, Zabrodie, Lavrinovichi, Yakimovichi;
   3. Malakhovetsky village council of Baranavichy district of Brest region, including to it the lands of the abolished Utyos village council of Baranovichi district of Brest region with settlements of Bogushi, Kadychitsa, Novosady, Ragoznitsa, Utyos;
   4. Novomyshsky village council of Baranovichi district, Brest region, including to it lands of the village council abolished Teshevlyansky village council of Baranovichi district, Brest region of human settlements Belolesie, Zabolotie, Lebezhany, Lyushnevo, Pervomayskiy, Staraya Mysh, Teshevle, Tyuhnevichi, Shpakovtsy;
   5. Stolovichsky village council of Baranovichi district, Brest region, including in its members the land of abolished Medenevichsky village council of Baranovichi district, Brest region of human settlements Zaosie, Kruglik, Medenevichi, Melehovichi, Mikhnovschina, Novye Voykovichi, Stayki, Starye Voykovichi and part of the territory of the abolished of Kolpenitsky village council with villages Antonovo, Bolshaya Kolpenitsa, Malaya Kolpenitsa, Novy Svet.
4. Brest Regional Executive Committee to take measures to implement this decision.
5. Publish this decision in the newspaper "Zarya".
6. This decision takes effect after its official publication.
