On the basis of the third paragraph of Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 5, 1998 "On the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Belarus" in the wording of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 7, 2012, the Pinsk District Council of Deputies DECIDED:

  1. To abolish the rural settlement of Druzhny, the Osnezhitsky village council of the Pinsk region, and to include a land plot of 2.2851 hectares in the border of the rural village of the village of Osnezhitsy, the Osnezhitsky village council of the Pinsk region.
  2. In accordance with the established procedure, the land management service of the Pinsk District Executive Committee will send materials to the National Cadastral Agency Scientific and Production State Republican Unitary Enterprise to amend the unified register of administrative-territorial and territorial units of the Republic of Belarus.
  3. The control over the implementation of this decision shall be assigned to the head of the land management service of the Pinsk District Executive Committee.
  4. This decision enters into force after its official publication.
