1. To approve the submission of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Belarusian Soviet Socialist Republic on the abolition of the following regionss of the Belarusian SSR: Baranovichi, Bobruisk, Pinsk, Polesie and Polotsk.
2. Transfer rural areas and cities:
of Pinsk region - into the Brest region;
of Polesie region - into the Gomel region;
of Baranovichi region: Byten, Gorodishche, Lyakhovichi, Novaya Mysh districts and the city of Baranovichi - to the structure of the Brest region; Dyatlovo, Kozlovshchi, Korelichi, Lyubcha, Mir, Novogrudok and Slonim districts - are part of the Grodno region; Kletsk, Nesvizh and Stolbtsy districts are part of the Minsk region; Ivenets district - into the Molodechno region;
of Bobruisk region: Octyabr and Parich districts - as part of the Gomel region; Glussk, Gressk, Kopyl, Krasnaya Sloboda, Luban, Slutsk, Starobin, Starye Dorogi districts and the city of Slutsk are part of the Minsk region; Bobruisk, Kirov, Klichev, Osipovichi districts and the city of Bobruisk are part of the Mogilev region;
of Polotsk region: Vetrino, Drissa, Osveya, Polotsk, Rossony, Ushachi districts and the city of Polotsk - to the Vitebsk region; Braslav, Vidzy, Glubokoe, Disna, Dokshitsy, Dunilovichi, Miory, Plisa and Sharkovshchina districts are part of the Molodechno region.
