Between the years of 1905 and 1911 was Brest-Litovski ever consider a part of Poland. I know that the location is on the border. I have just discovered the 1930 Federal Census for my uncle and on this document he indicated that he was born in Brest-Litovski, Poland. He was in 1930 about 23 years old...
