Если ещё актуален вопрос... Возможно, речь идёт о деревне Скупово, которая находится на польской стороне. Она находится чуть западнее Наревки, а если судить по старым картам, там как раз в то время проходила граница Пружанского уезда.

This is the closest place with name like Dubrow to Pinsk. This Dubrovo was in Grodno gubernia in 1907, although it was near the border of the Pinsk district in 1907.
