1. The current division of the Baranovichi, Belostok, Brest, Vileyka and Pinsk regions of the BSSR into uyezds is abolished, establishing the division of regions into districts.

2. To form in the areas indicated in the first article of this Decree, the following areas with the establishment of their borders, according to the attached descriptions and map:

Baranovichi region

  1. Bytensky - with a regional center in the village of Byten.
  2. Valevkovsky - with a regional center in the village of Valevka.
  3. Vasilishkovsky - with a regional center in the urban village of Vasilishki.
  4. Volozhinsky - with a regional center in the city of Volozhin.
  5. Voronovsky - with a regional center in the village of Voronovo.
  6. Gorodishchensky - with a regional center in the city settlement Gorodishche.
  7. Dyatlovsky - with a regional center in the urban village of Dyatlovo.
  8. Zheludoksky - with a regional center in the urban village of Zheludok.
  9. Zelvensky - with a regional center in the urban village of Zelva.
  10. Ivenetsky - with a regional center in the urban village of Ivenets.
  11. Ivievsky - with a district center in the urban village of Ivye.
  12. Kletsky - with a regional center in the city of Kletsk.
  13. Kozlovschinsky - with a regional center in the village of Kozlovschina.
  14. Lidsky - with a regional center in the city of Lida.
  15. Lyakhovichsky - with a regional center in the city of Lyakhovichi.
  16. Lyubchensky - with a regional center in the village of Lyubcha.
  17. Mirsky - with a regional center in the urban village of Mir.
  18. Mostovsky - with a regional center in the village of Mosty.
  19. Nesvizhsky - with a regional center in the city of Nesvizh.
  20. Novogrudsky - with a regional center in the city of Novogrudok.
  21. Novomyshsky - with a regional center in the village of Novaya Mysh.
  22. Radunsky - with a regional center in the village of Radun.
  23. Slonimsky - with a regional center in the city of Slonim.
  24. Stolbtsovsky - with a regional center in the city of Stolbtsy.
  25. Schuchinsky - with a regional center in the urban village of Schuchin.
  26. Yuratishkovsky - with a regional center in the village of Yuratishki.

The cities of Baranovichi and Lida should be identified as independent administrative-territorial units of regional subordination.

Belostok region

  1. Avgustovsky - with a regional center in the city of Avgustov.
  2. Belostoksky - with a regional center in the city of Belostok.
  3. Belsky - with a regional center in the city of Belsk.
  4. Bryansky - with a regional center in the urban village of Bryansk.
  5. Volkovysky - with a regional center in the city of Volkovysk.
  6. Graevsky - with a regional center in the city of Graevo.
  7. Grodnensky - with a regional center in the city of Grodno.
  8. Dombrovsky - with a district center in the urban village of Dombrovo.
  9. Edvabnovsky - with a regional center in the urban village of Edvabno.
  10. Zabludovsky - with a district center in the urban village of Zabludov.
  11. Zambrovsky - with a regional center in the city of Zambrov.
  12. Kolnovsky - with a regional center in the city of Kolno.
  13. Krynkovsky - with a regional center in the city of Krynki.
  14. Lapsky - with a regional center in the city of Lapy.
  15. Lomzhansky - with a regional center in the city of Lomzha.
  16. Monkovsky - with a regional center in the village of Monki.
  17. Porechsky - with a regional center in the village of Porechie.
  18. Svislochsky - with a regional center in the city of Svisloch.
  19. Skidelsky - with a regional center in the town of Skidel.
  20. Snyadovsky - with a regional center in the village of Snyadovo.
  21. Sokolkovsky - with a regional center in the city of Sokolka.

  4. Vysokovsky - with a regional center in the city of Vysokoe.
  5. Gaynovsky - with a regional center in the city of Gaynovka.
  6. Divinsky - with a regional center in the village of Divin.
  7. Domachevsky - with a regional center in the urban village of Domachevo.
  8. Zhabinkovsky - with a regional center in the village of Zhabinka.
  9. Kamenetsky - with a regional center in the urban village of Kamenets.
  10. Kleshchelsky - with a regional center in the urban village of Kleshcheli.
  11. Kobrinsky - with a regional center in the city of Kobrin.
  12. Kosovsky - with a regional center in the city of Kosovo.
  13. Maloritsky - with a regional center in the village of Malorita.
  14. Porozovsky - with a regional center in the village of Porozov.
  15. Pruzhansky - with a regional center in the city of Pruzhany.
  16. Ruzhansky - with a regional center in the urban village of Ruzhany.
  17. Siemiatichsky - with a regional center in the city of Siemiatichi.

  7. Dunilovichsky - with a regional center in the urban village of Dunilovichi.
  8. Ilyansky - with a regional center in the village of Ilya.
  9. Krivichsky - with a regional center in the village of Krivichi.
  10. Kurenetsky - with a regional center in the village of Kurenets.
  11. Miorsky - with a regional center in the village of Miory.
  12. Molodechno - with a regional center in the city of Molodechno.
  13. Myadelsky - with a regional center in the village of Myadel.
  14. Ostrovetsky - with a regional center in the village of Ostrovets.
  15. Oshmyansky - with a regional center in the city of Oshmyany.
  16. Plissky - with a regional center in the village of Plissa.
  17. Postavsky - with a regional center in the city of Postavy.

  23. The city of Vileyka should be allocated as an independent administrative-territorial unit of regional subordination.

Pinsk region

  1. Gantsevichsky - with a regional center in the urban village of Gantsevichi.
  2. David-Gorodoksky - with a regional center in the city of David-Gorodok.
  3. Drogichinsky - with a regional center in the urban village of Drogichin.
  4. Zhabchitsky - with a regional center in the village of Zhabchitsy.
  5. Ivanovsky - with a regional center in the urban village of Ivanovo.
  6. Leninsky - with a regional center in the village of Lenin.
  7. Logishinsky - with a regional center in the village of Logishin.
  8. Luninetsky - with a regional center in the city of Luninets.
  9. Pinsky - with a regional center in the city of Pinsk.
  10. Stolinsky- with a regional center in the city of Stolin.
  11. Telekhansky - with a regional center in the village of Telekhany.

The city of Pinsk should be singled out as an independent administrative-territorial unit of regional subordination.

3. To entrust the regional Executive Committees of the Baranovichi, Belostok, Brest, Vileyka and Pinsk Regions with clarifying the boundaries of the districts taking into account the land use boundaries of settlements, as well as submit for approval by the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the BSSR the education project in the districts of rural and village Soviets.
